The CareGiver Partnership is a national direct to consumer retailer of home medical products, supplies and services. The company helps caregivers and their loved ones with answers to their product and service questions from their Wisconsin-based all female team of Product Specialists who are all current or former caregivers. Products are rushed out the same day and arrive within 3 to 5 days, sometimes even the next day. Shipping is always free on all orders over $50. The company’s web site provides an online library of over 1,200 resources on subjects that are most important to caregivers — from arthritis to assisted living, and Parkinson’s to prostate cancer — as well as access to more than 3,000 home care products for incontinence, bladder control, skin care, mobility, home safety and daily living aids. I'm Lynn Wilson, Founder of The CareGiver Partnership. I and my team are passionate about providing customer service excellence - following the golden rule of treating customers like we would expect to be treated. I co-authored Negotiate Anything!, a book on customer service to help consumers make businesses treat customers fairly. I used the tenants in my book to create the type of service offered by our all female team of Product Specialist who are all current or former caregivers themselves.
