This well organized homepage offers intuitive navigation and a great search feature that helps customers find exactly what they're looking for. Individual product pages are terrific with tons of information, product details, videos demonstrations and detailed, sortable customer reviews. The QVC.com shopping cart is great and although registration is required, their two-click checkout is a dream.
Shipping and Returns
QVC offers some international shipping, mainly to North America and many expedited options for customers, though standard shipping usually arrives before it's projected date. And in-box, all packages include pre-paid sticky return labels for super easy returns.
