Nike.com features outstanding product pages with well produced videos and pictures that offer great information. Site navigation is clean and their social media campaign is specialized and effective with Twitter feeds for each sport they provide products for. Checkout is easy and we love the search bar in their "Help" sections. Returns are a breeze with pre-printed sticky labels accompanying each box. But perhaps most impressive are the well informed and friendly staff that take calls, emails and live chats seven days a week, should you need help.

The shipping policy at Nike.com is very clearly laid out and a search bar within their help section is a great help for those who have trouble. Basic shipping is very fast and boxes come with clear, simple return instructions. Members of Nike.com (free to join) can have pre-paid labels emailed to them, otherwise customers can just use the pre-printed sticky label that comes with their shipment.
