The management team at Bonobos Inc. understands that employees treat customers only as well as they are treated themselves. With this logic in mind, it is clear that Bonobos employees are treated very well. Called Ninjas, the support staff is ready to wow every customer that calls or emails them. Pants can be a tricky fit and that is why Bonobos offers one of the best return policies around.

User Experience

Bonobos.com keeps outstanding Facebook and Twitter presences, not to mention their own blog networks. The site itself is not to be outdone either - it's easy to navigate with entertaining and informative product pages and a quick checkout process. Their sense of humor comes through on the website, which makes it that much easier to like them. This is men's shopping at it's simplest and easiest.

Shipping and Returns

Bonobos' shipping and returns set them apart. They offer a ton of different shipping options (standard shipping is free) and they keep you well informed as to the status of your order. Bonobos exists to solve to two problems. (1) Men's pants do not fit well; they are either baggy, frumpy, and unflattering. Or way too tight. The company makes pants that fit and look better, on most gents and especially on guys with athletic builds. The second problem (2) is retail. The founders were tired of the traditional retail shopping experience. So they decided to build a different kind of clothing company, one that offers a fantastic customer experience, innovative low-cost distribution, and a stylish product that fits well.
